Vestas to Establish Wind Turbine Plant in China

Establishment of the factory, which will employ around 225 people, will commence as soon as possible and Vestas expects it to deliver the first nacelles and hubs during the first half of 2007, it said in a statement.
The plant will have an annual production capacity of approximately 350 nacelles and hubs. Vestas' investment in the factory totals approximately 19 million euros ($23 million).
