Biodiesel Plant Planned For Rotterdam

WHEB Biofuels, in which Italian venture capital firm Atmos SpA is an investor, said in a statement on Tuesday that investment in the new plant would amount to 70.2 million euros (US$96 million).
British-based ED&F Man, also an investor in WHEB Biofuels, will supply the raw materials for the plant.
WHEB Biofuels said construction would begin later this year, subject to environment permits being granted.
