HOUSTON - Valero Energy Corp s closing on an agreement to buy its 10th ethanol plant, said Chairman and Chief Executive Bill Klesse in webcast presentation to Wall Street analysts on Thursday.
"Today, we're closing on another ethanol plant, so we'll have 10 plants," Klesse said.
