Joe Arrington of Conyers watches activity surrounding a warehouse in Conyers, Georgia owned by Bio-Labs where pool chemicals were stored sending a chlorine-tinged cloud of smoke into the air and forcing the shutting down of a major highway and evacuation of residents in a five to ten mile radius near the facility on May 25, 2004.

Arrington was one of hundreds of people who were evacuated from their home or place of business as the warehouse fire continued to burn at the facility which is located 25 miles east of Atlanta.
