REVIEWS of Greeniology
Here's what reviewers have to say about Greeniology:

The Age

"A must for those who want to do their bit for the planet. Al Gore would approve."

In Conversation – Robyn Williams ABC Radio National

"She's written a delightful, accessible treasure trove of a book called Greeniology, telling you all you need to know; from cleaning Baby's bottom to running a household without ruining the environment."

Gardening Australia

"The subtitle says it all. Planet Ark campaign manager Tanya Ha has done a wonderful job with this book and should be congratulated. Greeniology provides practical advice on what we can do to lessen the load on the planet. An informative and entertaining read."

Healthy Options Magazine - BookLooks

"This book is for each and everyone who cares about their future and their environment…Greeniology covers aspects of our lives and encourages us to look at what we have now and what we want out children to have – it is an investment in their future."

Manly Daily

"Tanya Ha has combined her experience in science journalism and Planet Ark resources to produce a book that is filled with hundreds of green ideas that we could all implement to help save the world's vulnerable ecosystems. Tanya Ha has also included recipes for cleaning products and detergents, fascinating facts on chemicals that are emitted from household items, tips for saving money and much more." – rating 5 stars ("Take the phone off the hook")

Sunday Magazine

"Tackling everything from how to slash energy bills to reducing body toxins during pregnancy, Greeniology takes more of a "show" than "tell" approach. Highlighted with caricatures of Ha, it outlines, for example, the environmental argument for and against disposable nappies, no pressure, no guilt. Ha invites readers to make an informed decision."

Daily Telegraph

"This book should be a slightly numbing account of how you can be more environmentally conscious, but instead it is very appealing. Simple things count like saving water, recycling and smart buying. It all adds up to saving money as well as helping the planet. Short, snappy tips and explanations help keep the pages turning."

Angela Catterns ABC 702 Sydney

"And one fantastic thing I think about this book is that there's so much information and it has been really well edited and designed – it's just been thought through very well so that you can use it very easily as a reference and you can just dip into it anywhere. And the thing I do love about it is that there are lots of little snippets in there so they give you lots of information. Like, just one of them, cockroaches are repelled by cucumber with the ends cut off, and pyrethrum and vanilla beans… little ways that you can stop using sprays."

Laurine Croasdale – author and book reviewer

Sydney Morning Herald Eco special supplement

"Her 'light green' approach is all about positive things everyone can do to help the environment. Subtitled "how to live well, be green and make a difference", Greeniology is packed with well-researched, practical information on topics ranging from disposable nappies to solar power."

Women Out West

review by Ruth Wykes

"Greeniology is a comprehensive look at almost every area of your lives. Covering areas you would expect, such as a green house, laundry and garden you get to learn plenty of handy hints.

I was fascinated by 'the green office' because this really opened my eyes to things I can do to be even more effective. Likewise 'the green garden' has given me some new ideas, and motivated me to change some of my ways.

While not personally getting a lot out of the chapter on 'how to have a green baby', I know a lot of women who will love it. Overall this is a very use
